An important milestone has just been reached: 27,000 original lithographs are now adding their unique hallmark to rooms renovated in 176 Novotels in Europe, Canada and the USA. Every day Novotel, the "largest art gallery in the world", gives more than 20,000 customers daily the chance to discover and appreciate the works of contemporary artists from all over the world.
A COLLECTION OF TALENTS
The 5th edition of the set of reproduction lithographs underlines the ongoing nature of Novotel's project: to personalize its rooms with original works which, in their entirety, form a Collection which is unique in the world. Since 1994, the Novotel Collection has been expanding almost daily. Today more than 180 red chalk lithographs have been created for Novotel by major contemporary artists. These original lithographs, produced in limited editions of 150 on Arches paper; add a unique touch to more than 25,000 Novotel rooms which have already been renovated, and are enhancing the decoration of new hotels throughout the world.
The richness of the Novotel Collection of Contemporary Art lies above all in the quality and diversity of from A (Adami) to Z (Zamora), and the variety of artistic trends expressed in their works. This groundbreaking association also highlights the expertise of related disciplines - lithographers, screen-printers, engravers and framers - and affords the opportunity to work with talented craftsmen who, in keeping with tradition, exercise their craft with passion 'and discretion, dedicating their skills to the service of art.

Avec la 5e édition du coffret de lithographies, Novotel témoigne de la permanence de sa démarche: personnaliser ses chambres avec des oeuvres originales, tout en constituant une Collection unique au monde. Depuis 1994, la Collection Novotel s'enrichit chaque jour de nouvelles créations. Aujourd'hui Novotel a fait réaliser plus de 180 lithographies en sanguine par les plus grands artistes contemporains. Ces lithographies originales, éditées à 150 exemplaires sur papier Arches, apportent une touche unique à la rénovation déjà de plus de 25000 chambres et accompagnent la décoration des nouveaux hôtels dans le monde entier.
La richesse de la Collection Novotel d'Art Contemporain tient surtout dans la qualité et la diversité des 125 artistes qui la composent, de A. Adami à Z.
