"Sun at Midday (Wilhelmsbad)" (1913) by the German artist Eugenie Bandell (1870-1959) is a radiant example of her Impressionist and Post-Impressionist work. A master of capturing light and atmosphere, Bandell often painted vibrant landscapes and city scenes. This piece uses a bright, almost luminous palette to evoke the warmth and intensity of midday sun, transforming the landscape into a shimmering spectacle. 404: About the Artwork "Pines Along the Shore" (1896) is a beautiful Pointillist painting by the French artist Henri-Edmond Cross (1856-1910).
