About the Artwork

"Untitled" (1915) by the Russian artist Ljubov Popova (1889-1924) is a key work of Russian avant-garde. Popova was a central figure in Constructivism and Suprematism. This painting, with its dynamic arrangement of geometric shapes and a powerful sense of spatial depth, is a beautiful example of her revolutionary vision for a new art form.
