MONACO 2026 · OPERATION 03 · INTELLIGENCE
An independent EURAN cultural-intelligence reading of the 2026 Monaco superyacht field, using coded analysis and a controlled evidence protocol.
Live pre-event analytical edition · 2026
CURRENT FIELD
The current EURAN working field tracks 121 yachts; 99 currently have a scored consensus record and 22 remain NE / insufficient evidence. The public layer remains coded and anonymised.
Tracked yachts in the current working field.
Scored consensus records.
NE / insufficient evidence.
Current profiles above the 80-point Sovereign threshold.
METHOD
Maintain a dated register of yachts publicly associated with the Monaco 2026 superyacht field and preserve unresolved cases rather than invent precision.
Use the same eleven-dimensional CCPI™ architecture across the 2026 field and the Monaco 2025 baseline where comparison is appropriate.
Documented evidence, analytical inference and insufficient evidence remain explicitly separated.
Independent evaluations are synthesised through controlled comparison; yacht identities and exact scores remain non-public at this stage.
CURRENT DISTRIBUTION
7 yachts · 7.1% of 99 scored records.
81 yachts · 81.8%.
11 yachts · 11.1%. No current scored record falls in the Critical band.
Current median consensus: 66.60 · mean consensus: 67.81 · highest current consensus profile: 84.41.
INTERPRETATION
The strongest profiles do not emerge simply because they are longest, newest or most feature-rich. CCPI™ rewards coherence between identity, spatial sequence, atmosphere, cultural substance, operations and strategic distinctiveness.
Beach clubs, glazing, pools, wellness areas and indoor–outdoor transitions are increasingly common. Differentiation depends more on authored coherence than feature count alone.
Architecture and amenities are extensively documented; art collections, cultural programming and the active role of artists are much less consistently disclosed. “Not publicly documented” is therefore not treated as “absent.”
Score spread can signal ambiguous evidence, contested originality or differences in interpretation. The method retains those signals rather than hiding them.
ROLE INSIDE EURAN MONACO 2026
The CCPI™ field analysis supports Operation 03, the Superyacht Art Collection Index™. It provides the observation and comparison layer behind the index and may inform later recognition or transformation discussions.
