Marina Industry Pilot Programs
EURAN Constellation Live (Digital) – Summer 25
Immediate, Real-World Activations for Redefining Luxury Ashore
Objective
To offer potential clients (marina operators) the opportunity to immediately test, under real-world conditions, selected elements of your vision, collecting valuable data and feedback from their users.
Our Core Asset: The EURAN Art & Design Ecosystem for Digital Pilots
Every digital pilot we offer is powered by EURAN's extensive and unique art and design ecosystem. This robust foundation ensures unparalleled depth, authenticity, and potential for your project:
- Vast Digital Art Library: We provide access to an exclusive collection of over 500 artworks, featuring 415 iconic masterpieces from art history and approximately 100 original creations by EURAN's founders. This vast resource fuels dynamic digital art displays, virtual exhibitions, and interactive content, providing limitless options for visual enrichment.
- Future-Ready Art-Derived Products via Print-on-Demand (POD): While digital in focus, our POD capabilities mean that any digital artwork displayed can seamlessly transition into tangible, bespoke luxury items. This opens avenues for exclusive retail collections, personalized amenities, or unique FFnE should you choose to expand into phygital experiences in the future.
- Our 415 "Art & Design 2day" newsletters serve as a living source of expert commentary and artistic insights.
This integrated ecosystem ensures that even our purely digital activations are infused with unparalleled authenticity, boundless creativity, and the highest standards of luxury, providing a scalable pathway to a fully integrated art and design strategy.
Digital Pilot Programs for the Marina Industry
1. Pilot: "Marina Gateway Digital Art & Lifestyle Hub"
Connection to Project: Application of "The Complementary EURAN Art Marinas Network" and "Expanding Cultural Horizons (Agent of Cultural Exchange)".
Pilot Proposal: At a prominent point in a luxury marina (e.g., yacht club lobby, reception area, central plaza), install large digital screens. These will display a dynamic mix of digital art (connected to the sea, local culture, or general themes), information on local cultural events, and luxury experiences in the area (e.g., galleries, restaurants, boutiques).
- Measurable Results: Observe foot traffic and dwell time, interactions (if interactive), and feedback from yacht owners/crews and marina visitors.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires screen installation and content management.
2. Pilot: "Art-Derived Luxury Showcase" (Digital Focus for Product Preview)
Connection to Project: Direct application of "EURAN Art Design Objects" Concept and "Art-Derived Retail & Revenue Generation" (Sub-Project 4).
Pilot Proposal: Create a small, curated "pop-up" display in a boutique within the marina. Exhibit 1-2 physical "EURAN Art Design Objects" (e.g., a custom-designed decorative item, an accessory with an art motif) connected to the marina's aesthetic or EURAN's artist network. Accompany them with QR codes leading to an online gallery/e-shop for more products. Focus on presenting the digital catalog with options for ordering the physical items.
- Measurable Results: Monitor visitor interest, QR code scans, and any sales/orders of POD products from the digital catalog.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires minimal space and limited product inventory, with emphasis on digital catalog display.
3. Pilot: "Virtual Cultural Port Preview" (Marina Lounge)
Connection to Project: Application of "Expanding Cultural Horizons (Agent of Cultural Exchange)" and "Digital Extensions: Art in the Digital Realm" (Core Concepts).
Pilot Proposal: In a marina lounge, install an interactive tablet or kiosk with a touch screen. Users can digitally "tour" selected museums, galleries, or cultural venues in nearby cultural sites of the marina, through high-resolution videos, 360° tours, or virtual exhibitions.
- Measurable Results: Record the number of users, dwell time at the kiosk, selections of destinations/cultural venues, and feedback on enhancing anticipation for the destination or cultural experience.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires kiosk/tablet installation and pre-loading of digital content.
4. Pilot: "Interactive Marina Map & Services"
Connection to Project: Enhancement of user experience within the marina, leveraging digital capabilities for practical information and art integration.
Pilot Proposal: Install a large interactive touch screen at key points within the marina (e.g., dock entrance, service building). This screen will display an interactive map of the marina, showing available berths, service points, and amenities. Crucially, it will also feature integrated digital art relevant to marine themes or local culture, changing periodically. Users can tap on points of interest to get information, including local art events or exhibitions.
- Measurable Results: Track user interactions with the map, frequently accessed services, and engagement with the art/cultural content. Collect feedback on utility and aesthetic value.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires large touch screen installation, development of interactive map software, and integration of art content.
5. Pilot: "Virtual Yacht Show Preview"
Connection to Project: Leveraging digital platforms to extend the reach of luxury maritime experiences and connect with a global audience.
Pilot Proposal: Within the marina's welcome center or a dedicated lounge, provide access to a high-resolution virtual experience of upcoming major yacht shows or significant new yacht launches. This could involve interactive 3D models of yachts, virtual tours of exhibition stands, or curated videos showcasing design and technology innovations. Integrate digital art relevant to the yachting lifestyle within the virtual environments.
- Measurable Results: Record user engagement with the virtual show content, duration of interaction, and feedback on enhancing their connection to the global yachting scene and inspiring future visits to physical shows.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires dedicated display (large screen or VR headsets), sourcing/creating virtual show content, and integration of art.
