The Corinthian Collection
A Vision Rooted in Land, Legacy & Cultural Regeneration
Introduction: A Landscape of Possibilities
The Corinthian Collection is a curated portfolio of family-owned sites across Corinthia, Greece — spanning coastal plots, hillside retreats, and urban cores. These lands are more than real estate; they are vessels of memory, nature, and transformation. Each site holds the possibility of becoming a destination that blends heritage, wellness, and design into a new kind of living experience.
This initiative is part of EURAN’s broader mission to integrate art, architecture, and cultural intelligence into strategic development. The Corinthian sites are envisioned not only as physical assets, but as conceptual platforms for regenerative living, creative placemaking, and long-term value creation.
Conceptual Framework: From Land to Landmark
The Corinthian Collection is not a single project — it is a constellation of possibilities. Each site offers unique spatial, historical, and environmental characteristics, allowing for modular development strategies tailored to context and vision.
Potential applications include:
- Boutique hospitality and wellness retreats
- Cultural venues and artist residencies
- Branded residences and regenerative living communities
- Hybrid spaces for education, ecology, and experiential programming
Our approach is adaptive and collaborative, inviting partners to co-create with us — not just to build, but to shape meaning.
Visionary Leadership: Art, Architecture & Stewardship
The Corinthian Collection is curated by architect Alexandros Mimoglou and visual artist Maria Papafili, whose shared vision bridges design, heritage, and cultural regeneration.
Maria Papafili, is a respected figure in the Greek art world. Her artistic practice — rooted in nature, memory, and transformation — informs the conceptual direction of the sites. She holds degrees from the Superior Fine Art School of Athens and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, with postgraduate studies in Philosophy and History of Art at the Sorbonne. Her works are held in permanent collections including the Athens National Gallery, and she has served as curator in major institutions in Greece.
Alexandros Mimoglou studied architecture and urbanism in France. He also completed postgraduate studies in Aesthetics and Art Sciences at Sorbonne University. His career spans over 40 years in art commerce, consulting, and strategic development. He is also active as a visual artist (Alexis) and designer, with works in major international collections, and is the founder of EURAN European Art Networks, a pioneering platform that connects over 400 creators across disciplines. He leads initiatives that integrate art, design, and cultural intelligence into visionary development.
Together, they steward the Corinthian Collection with a commitment to authenticity, collaboration, and long-term cultural and economic value.
