The EURAN Referral Partner Program is designed to transparently acknowledge and reward those who introduce us to new project opportunities that align with our expertise and mission to bridge artistic vision with industrial application.

Who Qualifies as a Referral Partner?

This program is open to individuals and organizations, including but not limited to, independent consultants, real estate developers, property managers, hospitality groups, superyacht brokers, aviation professionals, general contractors, and other design firms, who are capable of identifying and introducing qualified project leads to us.

What Constitutes a Qualified Referral?

A 'Qualified Referral' is defined as a new, genuine business opportunity presented to us by a Referral Partner that meets the following criteria:

• New Client: The prospective client (individual or entity) must not be an existing client of ours, nor already be actively engaged in discussions with us, nor be listed in our CRM or sales pipeline within the last 12 months.
• Genuine Opportunity: The project must be a real, active opportunity for which the prospective client has a defined need, budget, and timeline.
• Direct Introduction: The Referral Partner must facilitate a direct introduction to the key decision-maker(s) within the prospective client's organization.
• Our Scope: The project must fall within our core service offerings in art, architecture, and design across sectors such as Cruise, Hospitality, Real Estate, Aviation, Superyachting, and Space.
• No Existing Relationship: The Referral Partner must not be an employee of ours, nor directly involved in the project as a subcontractor or direct consultant under our primary contract.
• Ethical Compliance: The referral must adhere to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines of both the Referral Partner's and our operating jurisdictions.

Referral Registration Process

To ensure proper tracking and eligibility, all referrals must be registered with us prior to any direct engagement between us and the prospective client.

1. Submission: Referral Partners must submit potential referrals via email to partners@euran.com with the prospective client's name, contact information, and a brief overview of the project opportunity.
2. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of the referral within 2 business days and will notify the Referral Partner if the lead is deemed a Qualified Referral based on the criteria above.
3. Exclusivity Period: Once a referral is accepted as 'Qualified,' it will be exclusive to the Referral Partner for a period of 6 months from the date of acceptance, meaning no other referrer can claim commission for that specific client/project during this period. After this period, if no contract is signed, the referral may be considered expired unless mutually re-registered.

Referral Fee Structure

For every Qualified Referral that results in a signed contract between us and the referred client, the Referral Partner will be eligible for a referral fee. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the net professional fees (excluding third-party costs, reimbursables, taxes, and any fees paid to subcontractors) received by us for the initial project with the referred client.

To reflect the varying project scales, complexities, and typical engagement models across the diverse sectors we operate in, we offer a tiered referral fee structure:

Special Circumstances Clause: In exceptional cases, for projects of unusually high strategic value, unique scope, or requiring extensive pre-contract engagement from the Referral Partner, a custom referral fee arrangement may be negotiated and mutually agreed upon in a separate written agreement prior to the formal referral submission.

Initial Project Only Clause: The referral fee applies only to the first project or initial phase directly resulting from the Qualified Referral. Subsequent projects with the same client will not be eligible for a referral fee unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate, written multi-project or long-term engagement agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment of referral fees will be processed as follows:

1. Invoicing: Upon the client's first payment to us for the referred project, the Referral Partner will issue an invoice to us for the agreed-upon referral fee.
2. Payment Schedule: The referral fee will be paid within 30 business days of our receipt of both the client's payment and the Referral Partner's valid invoice.
3. Currency: All payments will be made in EUR (€).

Transparency & Ethical Conduct

We are committed to the highest standards of transparency and ethical conduct.

• Referrer's Disclosure: Referral Partners are required to fully disclose their relationship with us and the potential for a referral fee to the prospective client at the earliest appropriate stage. This ensures the client is aware of all relevant relationships.
• No Influence: Referral fees are paid solely for successful introductions, not for any undue influence or guarantees of project award. The ultimate decision to contract with us rests solely with the client based on the merits of our proposal.
• Compliance: Both we and the Referral Partner agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry ethical codes in their respective jurisdictions, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Exclusivity: This program is non-exclusive; we may engage with other Referral Partners or pursue our own business development efforts.
2. Program Modification/Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Referral Partner Program at any time, with reasonable prior notice posted on this website. Any Qualified Referrals accepted prior to such modification or termination will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
3. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to decline any referral or project opportunity without explanation.
4. Governing Law: This Referral Partner Program and any agreements arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
