EURAN Constellation Live (Phygital) – Summer 25
Immediate, Real-World Activations for Redefining Luxury in Hospitality
Our Core Asset: The EURAN Art & Design Ecosystem for Phygital Pilots
Every phygital pilot we offer is powered by EURAN's extensive and unique art and design ecosystem. This robust foundation ensures unparalleled depth, authenticity, and potential for your project:
- Vast Digital Art Library: We provide access to an exclusive collection of over 500 artworks, featuring 415 iconic masterpieces from art history and approximately 100 original creations by EURAN's founders. This vast resource fuels dynamic digital art displays, virtual exhibitions, and interactive content, providing limitless options for visual enrichment.
- Seamless Phygital Integration & Art-Derived Products via Print-on-Demand (POD): Our POD capabilities mean that any artwork within our digital library can be transformed into tangible, bespoke luxury items (FFnE), such as custom bath and window treatments, specially designed area rugs, decorative pillows, and high-end apparel. This enables rapid, cost-effective creation of unique physical elements for your pilot, directly linking the digital vision to a tactile, immersive reality.
- Rich Insights & Inspiration: Our 415 "Art & Design 2day" newsletters serve as a living source of expert commentary and artistic insights.
This integrated ecosystem ensures that our phygital activations are infused with unparalleled authenticity, boundless creativity, and the highest standards of luxury, providing a scalable pathway to a fully integrated art and design strategy.
Phygital Pilot Programs for the Hotel Industry
1. Pilot: "Strategic Art & Design Consulting for Lobby/Guest Flow" (Sub-Project 1)
Connection to Project: Direct application of "Strategic Consulting & Holistic Project Management" (Sub-Project 1) focusing on Integrated Creative Direction and Holistic Project Management.
Pilot Proposal: For a hotel property considering a refresh of its main lobby or reception area, EURAN will provide strategic art and design consulting, focusing on optimizing guest flow and enhancing first impressions through art integration. This pilot would involve developing a "Concept Project" (fictive proposal) for art and design elements (e.g., a statement art installation, dynamic digital art displays, or custom furniture pieces) specifically for this area, based on existing architectural plans. We would present the proposed concepts to hotel management, detailing the creative vision, estimated budget, and implementation roadmap.
- Measurable Results: Collect feedback from hotel management on the creativity and feasibility of the concepts, alignment with brand identity, potential for guest engagement, and clarity of the proposed implementation plan.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires initial architectural plans, site visit/virtual tour, and dedicated consultation meetings.
2. Pilot: "Phygital Art & Ambiance Guest Room" (Sub-Project 2)
Connection to Project: Application of "Innovative Hotel Architecture & Interior Design" (Sub-Project 2) focusing on "Imagineering" and "Health-Conscious Design."
Pilot Proposal: In 2-3 selected guest rooms, implement a "phygital" experience designed to enhance ambiance and guest well-being. Utilize existing smart TVs or install a small digital display to showcase dynamic, curated digital art installations that can change with guest preferences or time of day. Integrate this with controllable ambient lighting and a subtle, high-quality audio soundscape. Provide guests with a user-friendly tablet or mobile app interface to customize their in-room "art and ambiance" experience. The room will be further enhanced with high-end FFnE such as bespoke window treatments (curtains), custom-designed bath curtains and bathroom textiles, art-derived decorative pillows, and unique area rugs, all crafted to amplify the hotel's cultural impact and promote guest well-being.
- Measurable Results: Gather guest feedback via in-room digital surveys or post-stay questionnaires regarding their satisfaction with the immersive experience, sense of relaxation, personalization options, and overall impact on their stay. Track feature usage.
- Immediate Implementation: Leverages existing room technology (smart TVs, lighting), requires content curation, simple app/interface development, and sourcing of bespoke FFnE from your collection.
3. Pilot: "Hotel Art & Culture Pop-Up Exhibition" (Sub-Project 3)
Connection to Project: Application of "Experiential Design & Cultural Programming" (Sub-Project 3) specifically "Concept Art Exhibition: Enhanced Art Exhibitions in Hotels" and "EURAN Virtual Hotel Tours."
Pilot Proposal: Organize a small, curated "pop-up" physical art exhibition in a designated public area of the hotel (e.g., a quiet lounge, a spacious corridor, or an event space lobby) for a period of 1-2 weeks. The exhibition will feature 5-7 physical artworks from EURAN's network, accompanied by QR codes that link to an extended online gallery, artist biographies, and the "EURAN Virtual Hotel Tours" platform, allowing guests to virtually explore more global art and culture. The pilot will include a small opening event for guests and local art enthusiasts. This exhibition space will be transformed by strategically placed FFnE, such as sculptural seating, unique display pedestals, and art-inspired area rugs, creating an inviting and culturally rich environment.
- Measurable Results: Observe guest and visitor foot traffic and dwell time at the exhibition. Track QR code scans for online engagement. Collect feedback on the impact of the exhibition on hotel ambiance and perceived cultural value.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires temporary space allocation, art transportation/installation, and minimal event planning, along with the strategic placement of curated FFnE.
4. Pilot: "Bespoke Hotel Art-Derived Amenity & Retail Collection" (Sub-Project 4)
Connection to Project: Direct application of "Art-Derived Retail & Revenue Generation" (Sub-Project 4) and "The 'EURAN Art Design Objects' Concept."
Pilot Proposal: Develop a small, exclusive line of 1-2 "EURAN Art Design Objects" for either in-room amenities or sale in the hotel gift shop, drawing significantly from your print-on-demand collection. These items could include custom-designed luxury throws, bespoke decorative pillows, or high-end bathrobes and matching loungewear featuring art-derived patterns or designs unique to the hotel's aesthetic. Each item will include information about the design inspiration and a QR code linking to an online shop (www.stores.euran.eu) for extended product offerings, transforming interior art and design into tangible consumer products and revenue streams.
- Measurable Results: Monitor guest feedback on the uniqueness and quality of the amenities, sales performance in the gift shop, and online engagement via QR codes.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires product design/sourcing for limited inventory (leveraging your POD capabilities) and coordination with hotel operations for in-room placement or retail display.
5. Pilot: "Hotel Cultural Brand Storytelling Toolkit" (Sub-Project 5)
Connection to Project: Application of "Global Cultural Outreach & Ecosystem Development" (Sub-Project 5) focusing on Public Presentation Assistance and Hotel Networks (conceptual preview).
Pilot Proposal: For a hotel property looking to enhance its cultural narrative, EURAN will develop a "Cultural Brand Storytelling Toolkit." This pilot involves creating a concise set of multimedia assets (e.g., a high-quality video, a series of stunning photographs, and compelling descriptive texts) showcasing the existing or potential art and design integration within the hotel, its unique architectural style, and any local cultural connections. This toolkit would be designed for public presentation and potentially integrate visuals of key FFnE elements. The pilot would involve presenting this toolkit to the hotel's marketing and PR team to gather feedback on its effectiveness in creating a stronger cultural brand identity and its potential for use in joint marketing campaigns within a broader "Hotel Network."
- Measurable Results: Collect qualitative feedback from marketing/PR teams on the toolkit's impact, usability, and potential for public presentation and brand differentiation.
- Immediate Implementation: Requires access to hotel imagery/design details, content creation, and a dedicated presentation meeting.
