This involves curating and sourcing a complete art and design package – from key physical artworks and custom-designed furniture to digital art for smart displays – through EURAN's network. 2. Pilot: "Phygital Art & Wellness Private Sanctuary" (Sub-Project 2)

Connection to Project: Application of "Innovative Architecture & Interior Design for Luxury Estates" (Sub-Project 2) focusing on "Imagineering" and "Health-Conscious Design."

Pilot Proposal: In a select luxury apartment or villa within a development, implement a "phygital" experience in a private space (e.g., master bedroom, media room). This includes installing high-resolution smart displays showcasing dynamic, evolving digital art (e.g., biophilic landscapes, abstract generative art that promotes calm) integrated with customizable ambient lighting and soundscapes. A tablet interface would allow residents to control these elements and access pre-loaded "Health-Conscious Design" content, such as guided meditations paired with specific visuals/sounds, creating a personalized "private sanctuary." This space will be further enhanced with luxurious FFnE such as bespoke window treatments (curtains), art-derived decorative pillows, and custom-designed area rugs, all contributing to a cohesive, health-conscious, and visually stunning environment.

3. Pilot: "Art & Design Residence Experience Showcase" (Sub-Project 3)

Connection to Project: Application of "Experiential Design & Cultural Programming" (Sub-Project 3) specifically "Art & Design Residences as Personal Cultural Hubs" and "Ultimate Art & Design Customization."

Pilot Proposal: For a luxury property available for sale or rent, demonstrate the "Ultimate Art & Design Customization" concept. This involves offering a potential resident the ability to pre-select (virtually) a curated collection of digital artworks for their smart displays and customizable physical FFnE from EURAN's network and your print-on-demand collection, to be placed in the residence prior to a private viewing. This could include bespoke area rugs, decorative pillows, or custom-designed bath curtains and bathroom textiles. The experience highlights how the property can become a personalized "Personal Cultural Hub," tailored to individual tastes through both integrated art and functional, high-end design elements.
