EURAN European Art Club Exchange™ is a project framework. Organisations are considered for participation in specific EURAN proposals submitted to European funding programmes, according to the objectives, eligibility rules and needs of each call.

EURAN identifies relevant European opportunities, develops the project architecture and selects organisations whose profile and contribution correspond to a specific proposal.

EURAN assesses relevance, eligibility, geography, community capacity, legal and operational fit, local resources and the contribution required by the specific European call.

Only where the organisation can contribute to a qualifying performing-arts touring project built around an eligible finished work and the required European partnership.

Horizon Europe / New European Bauhaus — 1 December 2026
For larger participation, neighbourhood, spatial-design and multi-actor European configurations.

We authorise EURAN to identify our organisation by name as a prospective local host community in the relevant European proposal, subject to EURAN's written confirmation of selection. *

I authorise EURAN European Art Networks to use the information submitted here to assess possible participation in EURAN European project proposals and for related follow-up communication. I have read the privacy notice. *

Selection principle. Submission does not constitute automatic participation, partnership, consortium membership or funding. EURAN will review expressions of interest and contact organisations whose profile, eligibility, location, community capacity and potential contribution correspond to a specific European project. Only organisations subsequently confirmed by EURAN are presented as participating hosts or stakeholders.

Your form is submitted directly to EURAN. No email application is required.

03 · CULTURAL RESPONSIBILITY

European project development with a cultural purpose

This initiative is developed by Alexandre Mimoglou — artist, architect and designer — within EURAN's wider cultural-responsibility and CSR/ESG-related activities, with the objective of creating practical European opportunities for cultural participation, local activation and exchange between organised communities of people interested in art.

Participation is defined proposal by proposal. EURAN identifies the European opportunity, structures the project, evaluates expressions of interest and selects the organisations appropriate to the specific call.
