01 · What the call wants

The opportunity in brief

Requirement

Scale existing responsible fashion models

The call supports existing businesses, pilots, initiatives or proven concepts ready to be developed, deployed or scaled.

Requirement

Build multi-actor collaboration

Projects must bring together complementary actors across the fashion value chain and work across eligible European countries.

Requirement

Advance circular, regenerative and responsible fashion

The proposition should move beyond fast-fashion models and translate New European Bauhaus values into viable business practice.

02 · What EURAN proposes

ART-DERIVED DESIGN → RESPONSIBLE FASHION

EURAN proposes to connect its existing art-and-design product ecosystem, visual authorship and COS™ methodology with a European fashion-value-chain consortium. The objective is not to create another fashion collection, but to develop and scale a responsible model in which artistic creation, design, production, distribution and circular practices are connected. Existing products and prototypes provide a starting asset base; the consortium would determine the appropriate fashion-market pathway, testing and scale model.

03 · Why EURAN

Relevant foundations already exist

EURAN evidence

Art & Design 2day

A large existing body of art-derived design propositions and products provides a real-world creative and commercial starting point.

EURAN evidence

COS™ instruments

EURAN's authored cultural and strategic instruments can frame the relationship between creative value, design decisions and responsible business development.

EURAN evidence

Cross-industry experience

EURAN works across art, design, tourism, hospitality, maritime and other environments, useful for developing a transferable European model.

04 · Who EURAN is seeking

Defined capabilities — not symbolic association

Role sought

Fashion value-chain partner

A legally established organisation active in fashion, textiles or apparel: design, production, sourcing, branding, retail, circular services, recycling or related activity.

Role sought

Circular / responsible-fashion specialist

Expertise in repair, resale, rental, recycling, traceability, materials or other practical circular mechanisms.

Role sought

Market and deployment partner

An organisation able to test, distribute, commercialise or replicate the resulting model in a European market.

Role sought

Research / innovation partner

Where required by the final consortium design, expertise in business-model development, sustainability, materials, consumer behaviour or impact assessment.

05 · Why this is interesting

A concrete opportunity for participants

Participants gain a concrete opportunity to connect an existing fashion, circularity or market capability with an authored artistic/design proposition and a European consortium. The strongest partners will bring something operational that can be tested, measured and scaled — not simply an interest in the subject.

Express interest → discuss relevance, eligibility and role → form the appropriate team.

06 · Participation

Start with a conversation

Expression of interest does not constitute partnership. No organisation is presented as a partner until eligibility, role and participation have been discussed and agreed.
