This Executive Summary presents EURAN’s universal professional Appointment architecture, principal commercial conditions and standards of engagement. It does not replace the applicable Written Appointment or the EURAN Terms of Professional Appointment™ — Controlled Client and Contractual Edition.
Substantive professional work begins with a defined written Appointment.
Commercial access principle. Initial written enquiries may be submitted without charge. Access to EURAN’s professional judgment — including meetings, professional discussion, diagnosis, recommendations, project architecture and bespoke project development — begins only under a paid written Appointment.
EURAN conceives and directs ambitious cultural, artistic, architectural, design, intelligence and cross-industry projects. Each Appointment transforms a Client ambition into a defined professional condition, a clear project architecture, defined creative direction and expressly stated rights, aligned authority, transparent investment and agreed Acceptance criteria.
EURAN is appointed for defined authorship, intelligence, judgment, professional direction and agreed professional Deliverables. Each Appointment establishes EURAN’s role, scope, authority, Deliverables and remuneration in writing.
EURAN’s pre-existing Intellectual Property includes the EURAN Constellation, a version-controlled corpus of 75 published concepts and project propositions. Selected entries are developed through project-specific investigation, adaptation, verification, Deliverables and expressly stated rights.
The Client defines the ambition, approved investment, legal and technical framework, approval stages and completion objective. EURAN directs its methodology, analysis, creative process and professional organisation.
Professional fees, External Realisation, acquisitions, rights, suppliers, production, travel and other third-party expenditure are identified separately and governed by the applicable Appointment.
EURAN applies one professional framework across its sectors, proposals, paid professional exchanges, meetings conducted under an Appointment and commissioned work.
Within a paid Appointment, the professional condition, authority, evidence, procurement, investment and intended result are established before a custom solution is prescribed.
Professional judgment and substantive professional work take place within an Appointment defining the role, scope, Deliverables, authority, payment, review and Acceptance.
Professional fees reflect the level of authorship, judgment, authority, governance, risk, integration and responsibility assumed by EURAN—not merely time spent, quantity or the number of outputs.
Expansion, acceleration, repeated deployment, changed authority or additional responsibility is addressed through a written Change Order or new Appointment.
A project progresses only through stages that produce a defined professional result and a precise next decision.
A prospective Client may submit a written enquiry without charge. EURAN may acknowledge it, request essential factual information, invite the prospective Client to a paid Appointment, or decline. No meeting, diagnosis, recommendation, concept development, project architecture, partner identification or professional advice is included.
The first paid EURAN Professional Appointment. The €7,500 fee is payable and the Appointment is accepted before the professional exchange is scheduled. EURAN reviews the submitted material, conducts a structured executive exchange, assesses the decision context, objectives, authority, investment parameters and relevant conditions, and issues a written Qualification Record. The Record may recommend Project Definition Activation™, another Appointment, further factual clarification, closure or no further EURAN involvement. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of a subsequent project.
Where further development is justified, EURAN defines the project architecture, scope, professional requirements, relevant participants, investment framework and appropriate route toward implementation.
The Client may then enter the professionally appropriate implementation or higher-level Appointment, with role, scope, Deliverables, authority, timetable and remuneration defined in writing.
Delivery is reviewed, corrected where contractually required, formally accepted and closed. No subsequent Appointment is automatic.
The public architecture allows every prospective Client to understand EURAN’s professional structure before commitment. The first professional engagement is paid. Each level corresponds to a different professional condition, consequence and responsibility.

The fee is calculated on the artwork transaction or commission value, exclusive of VAT and equivalent transactional taxes unless expressly stated otherwise, and is additional to the seller’s, gallery’s, artist’s, estate’s or other provider’s invoice. Direct invoicing to the Client does not remove the fee. |

No later Appointment is automatic. Every subsequent Appointment requires a separate written scope, Client decision and agreed remuneration. Professional fees are denominated in euro and are exclusive of VAT or equivalent taxes where applicable.
Project Value and the 15% External Realisation Direction Fee.
For a Written Appointment that includes External Realisation Direction,
Project Value
is the documented aggregate of in-scope third-party expenditure under the applicable Written Appointment, the Project Value Schedule where used, and approved written Change Orders. It may include goods, services, production, manufacturing, fabrication, framing, reproduction, installation, logistics, approved additions and repeat production. Unless the Written Appointment expressly states otherwise, Project Value is calculated exclusive of VAT and equivalent transactional taxes.
The
15% External Realisation Direction Fee applies whether relevant third parties contract with or invoice EURAN or the Client directly
. Direct supplier contracting, direct purchase orders or direct invoicing do not remove in-scope expenditure from Project Value. The fee is
additional to, and is not credited against, the applicable EURAN professional Appointment fee
unless EURAN expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Detailed accrual, currency, verification and reconciliation mechanics are governed by the Controlled Client and Contractual Edition and the applicable Written Appointment.
Payment and commencement.
The applicable fee, payment schedule, taxes, expenses and commencement conditions are stated in the project-specific Appointment. The Qualification Exchange™ fee of €7,500 is payable in full before the professional exchange is scheduled. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EURAN schedules substantive professional work only after the Appointment has been accepted and the required payment has been received.
Every Appointment establishes the decision structure and professional conditions required for effective delivery.
EURAN’s responsibility and the Client’s rights are established expressly for each commissioned operation.
Every Appointment names the Professional Workstreams, Principal Deliverables, Field of Application, Included Application or Pilot, timetable, assumptions, Client inputs and Acceptance criteria.
EURAN retains its pre-existing systems, methods, networks, databases, Constellation corpus and reusable Intellectual Property. Project-specific Client rights are defined expressly after full payment and Acceptance.
Unless otherwise stated, the Client has 10 business days after Delivery to provide one consolidated written statement identifying material non-conformity against the agreed scope.
After 45 consecutive calendar days without a required decision, document, access, payment or approval, EURAN may classify an Appointment as inactive and release reserved capacity.
Questions first enter documented direct discussion between EURAN and the Authorised Client Representative, with escalation to the Executive Sponsor where appropriate. Where appropriate and legally available, the parties may seek confidential mediation through the French Médiateur des entreprises or another mutually accepted independent mediator. Any mediation remains subject to applicable eligibility conditions and the parties’ consent.

The applicable Written Appointment and the EURAN Terms of Professional Appointment™ — Controlled Client and Contractual Edition — govern the commissioned operation. The EURAN Terms of Professional Appointment™ develops that original architecture into a universal professional system governing paid professional qualification, Project Definition, responsibility, scope, Intellectual Property, External Realisation, governance, professional fees and formal Acceptance.
The original 2024 publication is preserved as the dated foundation of the present professional framework.
