Opportunity and appointment

ACCESS registers the opportunity. The TPA™ establishes the professional appointment.

An opportunity is identified, registered, qualified and assigned to an ACCESS program. When the client and EURAN accept a professional engagement, the appointment proceeds under the EURAN TPA™ framework, supplemented where required by the applicable introduction, artwork, licence, supply, subcontract, alliance or project agreement. The TPA™ defines scope, responsibilities, remuneration, rights, expenses, changes, acceptance and completion.

Purpose and structure

A permanent route from professional relationship to assignment

EURAN ACCESS™ provides one opportunity-registration procedure and six ACCESS programs for professional introductions, contributions, art-market transactions, strategic relationships, industrial cooperation and project-team activation.

Core principle

Every EURAN professional relationship should have a clear route to generate, register, develop or deliver a qualified opportunity.

Section 01 · ACCESS programs

The six ACCESS programs

Each program defines a distinct route through which an opportunity can be introduced, developed, delivered or commercially realised.

Program 01
Registered introduction

Approved Introducer Program

For participants who identify and register a new professional opportunity and facilitate professional access to an authorised decision-maker.

  • The opportunity is registered before the introduction.
  • EURAN verifies the relationship, context and decision-making access.
  • The written confirmation records the protected opportunity, authorised actions and protection period.
  • The arrangement is adapted to the applicable legal, professional and disclosure requirements.

How the registered opportunity is protected

EURAN issues a written Opportunity Registration Confirmation identifying the participant, organisation or project, applicable ACCESS program, protection period, remuneration basis and payment conditions. No entitlement arises before written approval.

4%Participants whose registered opportunities are approved and successfully lead to eligible professional appointments may receive the standard introducer remuneration of 4% of eligible net professional fees actually received and retained by EURAN, in accordance with the applicable program conditions.

Typical participants: trusted network contacts, independent business introducers, executives, owners introducing other owners, and organisations able to open a qualified external relationship.

Program 02
Professional value

Professional Opportunity Program

For architects, interior and yacht designers, naval architects, art advisors, curators, consultants, project managers and specialists.

  • The professional may originate, shape, coordinate or deliver the opportunity.
  • Scope, deliverables, responsibilities and liability are documented.
  • Remuneration may be fixed, time-based, milestone-based, percentage-based, rights-based or another lawful basis.
  • A participant who also opens a qualifying relationship may register that introduction under Program 01.

Result: appointment, subcontract, cooperation agreement, licence, TPA™ participation or another defined professional instrument.

Program 03
Art-market economics

Art Market & Creator Program

  • Gallery commission, artist remuneration, sales margin, curation, rights and production economics are defined separately.
  • Artwork prices, gallery economics, artists’ fees, rights and production costs are defined under the relevant art-market agreement.
  • A gallery, artist or rights holder who also opens a qualifying client relationship may register that introduction under Program 01.

Result: consignment, acquisition, representation, production, licence, commission or project-specific art agreement.

Program 04
Owners & operators

Owner, Operator & Developer Program

For hotel owners, cruise companies, Greek and international shipowners, developers, investors, family offices, marinas and operators.

  • For their own project they may become the client, commissioning party, sponsor or strategic partner.

Project activation

Dream Teams

Dream Teams are assembled for confirmed projects. Appointment and remuneration arise through the relevant approved program and project agreement.

Explore Dream Team

From connection to registered opportunity

When a network participant identifies a concrete person, organisation, project or requirement, the opportunity is registered through ACCESS. EURAN then confirms the relationship, the appropriate economics and the professional constellation required to proceed.

Public rules

Conditions of registration and approval

The system protects the prospective client, the participant, EURAN and every professional or organisation involved.

Prior registration

Registering the opportunity before introduction or substantive development allows EURAN to verify the relationship and establish the appropriate protection and commercial route.

Program classification

The submitter may suggest a program. EURAN reviews the facts and confirms the applicable program, role, protection period and remuneration basis.

TPA™ governance

Approved opportunities that proceed to a transaction or professional appointment are governed by the EURAN TPA™ framework together with any program-specific, artwork, licence, supply, subcontract, alliance or project agreement required.

Program 01 remuneration

The written Program 01 confirmation establishes the standard 4% remuneration on eligible net professional fees actually received and retained by EURAN. Taxes, expenses, artworks, artists, suppliers, production, logistics and pass-through amounts remain governed by their own contractual economics.

Combined roles

A participant may act as introducer, professional contributor, supplier or alliance partner in the same opportunity. Each role and economic basis is documented separately.

Local rules prevail

Every arrangement is adapted to applicable law, professional and ethical codes, disclosure duties, client contracts, procurement rules, conflicts-of-interest standards and required consents.

Integrity of remuneration

Remuneration recognises a qualified introduction, contracted professional value, artistic rights, commercial contribution, industrial delivery or project responsibility. It excludes confidential information, improper influence, prohibited inducement and guaranteed awards.

Network participation

LinkedIn connections, mailing-list contacts, listed artists, Circle participants and Dream Team candidates become commercially active through a registered opportunity and the relevant written confirmation or appointment.

Payment timing

Approved remuneration becomes payable after EURAN receives the corresponding eligible client payment and the participant issues a valid invoice under the applicable confirmation or agreement.

Purpose of ACCESS

A continuously expanding international opportunity ecosystem

The objective of EURAN ACCESS™ is to establish a continuously expanding international ecosystem in which qualified opportunities are systematically identified, responsibly introduced, professionally activated and successfully delivered across all EURAN industries.
