The commercial relationship becomes more precise at each stage. No later stage is automatic.

Project architecture, scope, participants, investment and recommended Appointment classification.

Professional role, Deliverables, authority, remuneration and Acceptance fixed in writing.

Work proceeds under the applicable professional and commercial instruments.
Classification is settled before implementation.
Where Project Definition is used, the Project Definition record identifies the recommended implementation tier and the professional reasons for that classification, based on responsibility, consequence, governance, integration and scope — not merely quantity or time.
HOW EURAN REMUNERATION IS STRUCTURED

Professional Appointment
EURAN authorship, intelligence, judgment, professional direction and defined responsibility.
Artwork transactions & rights
Artwork acquisition, commissions, licences and other art-market economics are identified separately where applicable.
External Realisation
Third-party production, fabrication, framing, technology, logistics, installation and other project expenditure are separately identified and approved.
EURAN-supplied production
Where EURAN itself supplies a production package, the commercial supply is governed by its accepted quotation/order and applicable Production & Supply Conditions.
Commercial integrity.
The same monetary value is never used twice as a fee basis for the same EURAN responsibility. Different routes may coexist only where their scopes, responsibilities, fee bases and contractual conditions are separately identified in writing.
INDEPENDENCE & ROLE SEPARATION
The role must be clear before procurement
Owner-side professional direction
Where EURAN acts as the client's independent professional director, supplier assessment and External Realisation direction remain structurally distinct from EURAN's own commercial supply interests.
EURAN as supplier
Where EURAN supplies a defined production package, EURAN declares that supplier role before procurement. The package is quoted commercially and is not represented as independent owner-side supplier selection for the same scope.
Transaction transparency.
Material financial interests, seller/provider relationships, commissions, rebates and other relevant economic interests are disclosed as required by the applicable written instrument. For client-side art acquisition, seller-side remuneration relating to the same transaction is credited against the client-side acquisition remuneration or expressly accepted by the client in writing.
