EURAN Professional Activation Framework is the universal entry system for activating EURAN’s cultural intelligence, art acquisition, design intelligence, project orientation and cooperation logic across industries.
It applies to real estate, superyachts, cruise, hotels, hospitality, aviation, corporate environments, architecture, interiors, marinas, private residences, family offices and other professional contexts where EURAN’s work may create cultural or economic value.
EURAN may offer a short introductory exchange to identify whether a professional mandate may exist. When the exchange requires preparation, expertise, project review, client orientation, sourcing, written follow-up, travel, meetings or strategic work, it enters an activated framework.
One activation system for all sectors
€25,000
Distance-based briefing, analysis, research, sourcing orientation, cooperation framework, project review, written direction, online meetings and first-level mandate definition.
€35,000
Physical mission, meeting or representation at client sites, offices, hotels, vessels, yachts, shipyards, real-estate projects, galleries, fairs or other professional locations.
A single activation fee applies to the selected mandate. It is not applied twice. The activation fee finances EURAN’s professional work, preparation, focused time, intellectual contribution, internal logistics and opportunity cost.
No unpaid professional work
EURAN does not provide unpaid art research, sourcing, acquisition analysis, project strategy, client preparation, written recommendations, strategic dossiers, professional meetings, travel or follow-up.
Any professional exchange requiring preparation, expertise, orientation, project review, cooperation planning, client direction, written output, travel or strategic work must be activated through the relevant written mandate.
Project value and art acquisition value
Project Mandates
When the mandate concerns a cruise, superyacht, hotel, real-estate, corporate, hospitality, architectural or design-related project, a 15% success / project fee may apply to the EURAN-defined project scope, cultural-art-design component or other economic value generated by the engagement, according to written agreement.
Art Purchase Mandates
When the mandate consists primarily of acquiring artworks, a 15% success / origination fee applies to the value of the artworks acquired, according to written agreement.
Referral remuneration by written agreement
Referral payment may be granted when a professional, company or intermediary introduces EURAN to a qualified final client, acquirer, owner or project decision-maker.
In the case of a project mandate, referral remuneration may correspond to 4% of EURAN fees actually received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the case of an artwork acquisition mandate, referral remuneration may correspond to 4% of the artwork acquisition value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No referral payment is automatic. It exists only when the referral is accepted by EURAN and confirmed in a written cooperation agreement before activation.
Gallery introductions remain case-by-case
Where a gallery introduces a client or project to EURAN, the gallery retains its normal commercial margin on artworks sold by that gallery to the client. No additional referral fee is due on artworks supplied directly by the referring gallery.
If, within the same accepted project, EURAN sources and coordinates the acquisition of artworks from other galleries, artists, studios or sources, the referring gallery may receive a referral fee corresponding to 4% of the value of those additional artworks acquired, provided that this arrangement has been accepted in writing by EURAN and the client where applicable.
The referral fee is payable by EURAN from EURAN’s agreed remuneration and does not create any obligation for other galleries or sources involved.
Independent cultural, art and design intelligence
EURAN operates on the art, cultural, design, acquisition and strategic advisory side. It does not act as a real-estate broker, yacht broker, travel agent, legal advisor, tax advisor or financial intermediary.
All cooperation is conducted under written agreement, confidentiality, transparency, respect for applicable laws and regulations, data-protection obligations, copyright, tax rules and professional duties.
