EURAN offers a short introductory exchange to identify whether a professional mandate may exist. When the exchange requires preparation, expertise, orientation or follow-up, it enters an activated framework.
Professional Activation is the framework through which EURAN’s cultural intelligence, curatorial expertise, business imagination, experience, contacts, concepts and opportunity cost are mobilized for a defined purpose.
The framework gives clients and partners a clear, discreet and professional entry point from the beginning.
When the framework applies
Professional Activation applies when the exchange involves preparation, project review, acquisition orientation, cultural advisory input, cooperation planning, business development, idea evaluation, contact activation, revenue logic, art-fair intelligence, COS™, Ambassadors, executive coordination, travel, participation by representatives or written follow-up.
It can concern art acquisition, cultural deployment, hospitality, real estate, maritime industries, architecture, design, technology, luxury, aviation, art clubs, corporate cultural presence or other professional fields where EURAN’s intelligence and experience create value.
Simple professional structure
Remote Professional Activation
Distance-based briefing, analysis, acquisition orientation, cooperation framework, opportunity review, first-level mandate definition, idea evaluation or business-development orientation.
In-Situ Professional Activation
Physical mission, meeting or representation at fairs, client sites, offices, hotels, vessels, real-estate projects, shipyards, cultural venues or other professional locations.
Plus a success commission and/or origination fee on artwork purchases or other economic value generated through the activated engagement, according to written agreement.
One professional figure with integrated logistics
The client sees one professional figure: the Professional Activation fee.
The amount covers the professional framework as a whole, including preparation, focused working time, professional presence, intellectual contribution, initial orientation, internal logistics and opportunity cost.

Credited if a mandate follows
The Professional Activation fee is a professional activation fee.
If the activation leads to a service mandate, EURAN may deduct the activation fee from the first EURAN service invoice within the agreed period. This deduction applies to the professional fee, while artwork purchase prices, third-party costs and success / origination fees follow the written agreement.
