What the call wants
The opportunity in brief
Address inclusion, diversity or climate change
Projects should focus on inclusion and diversity or the fight against climate change, with quality, innovation and fair practice.
Reimagine touring
Partnerships are expected to co-create touring projects that can lead to meaningful change in how performing arts are presented across borders.
Finished eligible performing-arts work
The proposal must include at least one finished work in an eligible performing-arts discipline. Live music and opera are excluded as primary disciplines.
Tour in at least three countries
The work must be presented in at least three different Creative Europe countries. Selected touring takes place between 1 March 2027 and 31 January 2028.
What EURAN proposes
ART, DESIGN AND PLACE — A PERFORMING-ARTS TOURING PROPOSITION
EURAN proposes to contribute an artistic and spatial-design dimension to a cross-border performing-arts partnership. EURAN is not presenting itself as a performing-arts company; it seeks an established performing-arts lead and complementary partners capable of turning a EURAN artistic/design concept into an actual touring work. Possible directions include performance, visual environment, scenography, audience experience and place-based cultural encounters, developed around one of Perform Europe's priorities.

Organisations able to host, produce, tour or technically realise the project across different European territories.
Accessibility / sustainability expertise
Partners able to strengthen inclusion, accessibility and environmental performance where relevant.

A concrete opportunity for participants
Performing-arts organisations gain access to an additional artistic/design layer and a structured concept-development capability without requiring EURAN to replace the specialist role of the performing-arts lead. The objective is a genuine co-created touring proposition, not the attachment of a visual-art project to a performing-arts application.

Operation Renaissance
THE LIVE-CIRCULATION ARM OF THE RENAISSANCE
Operation Renaissance cannot exist only through products, digital systems and research. Perform Europe gives it a live European dimension: a genuine finished performing-arts work circulates across countries while EURAN contributes visual environment, scenography, spatial thinking, audience experience and place-based cultural intelligence.
The performing-arts work and its specialist artistic leadership remain genuine and central. EURAN does not disguise a visual-art project as performance.
OPERATION RENAISSANCE
PERFORM EUROPE — LIVE CIRCULATION RENAISSANCE
This operation returns EURAN's creative universe to live European audiences and adds movement, performance and public experience to the eight-part Renaissance.
EU Call Universe
Perform Europe supports a qualifying cross-border touring partnership built around a finished performing-arts work, with EURAN contributing a substantive visual/spatial role.
Commercial Universe
EURAN XPO™, scenography, touring cultural experiences and commissioned live programmes can be sold to cultural venues, hospitality, cruise, superyachts, marinas and real-estate destinations outside the grant.
Operation Renaissance 2026–27.
This initiative forms part of EURAN’s wider Global Growth architecture linking selected European cooperation with independent commercial development.
