OPERATION RENAISSANCE 2026–27 · MASTER ARCHITECTURE
From accumulated creative capital to Global Growth.
New companies. New markets. One GLOBAL growth architecture.
A growing portfolio of projects, ventures and market initiatives. One GLOBAL growth architecture.
EURAN Next · Return to the Future
Pending confirmation of EURAD's current legal/status position, this is the master architecture linking Alexandre Mimoglou's personal professional renaissance, EURAN's established and active assets, EURAD's historical institutional potential, eight European-call operations and eight independent commercial routes.
This is not an EU-grant programme disguised as a business plan. Every operation has two universes. The EU Call Universe provides research, validation, acceleration, circulation, venture creation or market-expansion leverage. The Commercial Universe exists independently and is expected to generate clients, licences, products, commissions, partnerships and companies whether or not a grant is awarded.
Each European proposal has its own applicant structure, objectives, work plan, budget, evidence and deliverables.
Each project also has a market route that can progress before, during or after evaluation.
Shared history and capabilities may support several proposals; funded activities, costs and outputs remain separate.
The entrepreneur at the centre
Entrepreneurship is the integrating role. Alexis creates art. Alexandre Mimoglou designs. Alexandre Mimoglou also builds the companies, structures rights and licences, selects production systems, assembles partners, activates markets and connects art, design, industry, architecture and urbanism into one operating strategy.
THE GLOBAL GROWTH ARCHITECTURE
Operation Renaissance expands accumulated creative, intellectual and professional capital into new projects, ventures, companies and markets.
Newsletter idea, artwork, design family, artist network, method, relationship, professional qualification, property or industrial precedent.
Use a call only when its objectives and eligibility materially accelerate the asset's development.
European cooperation is used selectively where it accelerates a project; commercial development remains independently viable.
University, artist, operator, industrial group, manufacturer, city, developer or investor — selected for a defined function.
The complete Constellation newsletter series becomes a searchable concept reservoir. Every substantial idea is to be tagged against the current portfolio, possible future projects, its EU accelerator, commercial offer, target industry and partner class.
Long-standing relationships with major international groups become a cross-operation deployment layer. The internal mapping can be company-specific; the public site remains confidentiality-safe until a company authorises participation or disclosure.
