EURAN PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS · IN-SITU REPRESENTATION & INTELLIGENCE

EURAN FIELD MISSIONS™

Targeted professional missions undertaken on behalf of appointed principals. EURAN enters selected markets, fairs, galleries, shipyards, design practices, companies and other professional environments with a defined objective — to observe, meet, identify, evaluate and advance matters that require physical presence, independent judgement and direct follow-through.

DEFINE THE OBJECTIVE → ENTER THE FIELD → MEET & VERIFY → ESCALATE → REPORT & ACT

01 · THE FIELD MISSION SYSTEM

Professional travel with a defined mandate

A Field Mission is not generic travel, networking or event attendance. It is a structured EURAN Professional Appointment created around a principal's objective, target environment, authority, confidentiality requirements and expected decisions.

A · FAIR MISSIONS™

Selected international fairs

EURAN attends selected art, marine, yachting, design and interiors fairs on behalf of an appointed principal: preparing targets, reading the field, meeting relevant exhibitors where appropriate, escalating time-sensitive opportunities and returning with decision-oriented intelligence.

Examples: Art Basel · Metstrade · boot Düsseldorf · Salone del Mobile · other selected professional fairs.
B · DIRECT PROFESSIONAL MISSIONS

Go directly to the relevant people and places

When the objective does not depend on a fair, EURAN can undertake targeted travel to galleries, artist studios, shipyards, naval architects, design and architecture offices, manufacturers, hospitality groups, developers or other organisations selected for the mandate.

Examples: European gallery acquisition route · shipyard meetings · architect and designer meetings · supplier or partner visits.
C · CURATED INTRODUCTION MISSIONS

Structured access through trusted networks

Where useful, a mission may be built around pre-arranged introductions supported by trusted local or sector specialists. The purpose is not social access for its own sake, but efficient entry into the relevant professional network for a defined acquisition, commercial or strategic objective.

Local or sector specialists may participate under separately agreed terms where their access materially strengthens the mission.

One system, multiple fields. The mission may concern art acquisition, gallery relationships, cruise or superyacht business development, shipyards, architecture and design, hospitality, real estate, cultural partnerships or another objective accepted by EURAN in writing.

02 · SELECTED FAIR MISSIONS

The fair programme remains a principal Field Mission route

The existing Fair Missions™ programme now sits inside the wider Field Missions™ framework. The six selected fair environments provide recurring art, marine and design fields in which a principal can appoint EURAN for focused representation, scouting and decision support.

03 · ART ACQUISITION MISSIONS

Fairs are not the only acquisition field

Under EURAN Art Acquisition & Deployment, an appointed principal may commission a targeted acquisition mission to galleries, studios, collections or selected European art-market locations independently of any fair. A fair can initiate the process; direct gallery travel can continue it.

FAIR-LED

Acquire through a major fair

Define the collection or project brief, identify priority galleries and works, review the field and escalate acquisition opportunities during the live mission.

GALLERY-LED

Targeted European gallery missions

Travel directly to selected galleries and cities to view works, meet decision-makers, assess availability and progress acquisition discussions under the principal's mandate.

FOLLOW-THROUGH

From acquisition to deployment

Where required, acquired or selected art can continue into EURAN Art Acquisition & Deployment for placement, production, technical realisation and installation.

04 · HOW A MISSION WORKS

Direction → Selection → Field → Escalation → Decision Note

The existing EURAN mission methodology remains unchanged and applies across fair, direct and curated-introduction missions.

1 · Direction Define objective, authority, priorities and confidentiality.
2 · Selection Map the people, companies, works, places and signals that matter.
3 · Field Attend, observe, compare, meet, verify and document in context.
4 · Escalation Bring time-sensitive opportunities to the principal during the mission.
5 · Decision Note Return priorities, findings, contacts, recommendations and next actions.

05 · PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENT

Authority, confidentiality and scope are defined before travel

Each Field Mission is activated through a written EURAN TPA™ Appointment defining the principal, objective, scope, authority, confidentiality, deliverables, fees, expenses and follow-through. Selected missions may include more than one EURAN Appointment; each principal's mandate remains ring-fenced through separate authority, non-conflict controls, information separation and reporting.

REMOTE STRATEGIC ACTIVATION

€25,000

Preparation, target mapping, remote intelligence, strategic review and decision support where EURAN physical attendance is not required.

IN-SITU FIELD MISSION

€35,000

Professional preparation plus EURAN attendance in the selected field, live observation, meetings where appropriate, escalation and executive reporting.

MISSION-SPECIFIC EXTENSIONS

Defined in writing

Additional cities, specialist advisers, acquisition work, prolonged follow-through or other expanded requirements are scoped separately.

Separate costs: travel, accommodation, local transport, admission, accreditation, interpreters, specialist advisers, purchases, shipping, taxes and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the written Appointment. Success, origination or acquisition commissions apply only where separately agreed in writing.

06 · ACTIVATION

Commission the field before the decision window closes

The principal identifies the objective and the field. EURAN determines whether the mission can be accepted, defines the appropriate route — fair, direct professional mission or curated introduction mission — and issues the written Professional Appointment.
